These monks are links of a chain, a sort of DNA. Serenity is their identity. They stand and meditate at the same time. How do we change Vs the changing time and space? The pedestals have an ascending size (smallest to largest) but the monks size (head vs body) are inverted. As the body shrinks the head gets bigger. What we see is not reality, it is an illusion. The monks seem multiple, but they are one.
