Fractal portrait III

Oil on canvas, Sept 2012

4 triangle shaped canvases of 60 x 60x 60 cm

Rather than hanging the paintings one next to the other, in an orderly fashion, why not display them one on top of the other. Another face emerges. The life of a painting just starts when the artist puts his brush down. Another artist takes over. The observer or collector. The canvas becomes a sculpture where the angles and the radians come together to re-crate a new piece of artwork.
